  • Cameras & Microphones

    The Logitech range provides excellent value for money and outstanding performance.

     

    • For small rooms (1-4 people) the Basic - Business Grade setup will provide both camera and microphone in a compact package.
    • The Meetup is an excillent option for small or large rooms (1-14 people) with high resolution and wide field of view ensuring everyone is in view. The excillent built in mic and speaker provide clear auido and the addition of an extra microphone can extend clarity into larger spaces.
    • The Group is exactly what you would expect from a profesional conference cam setup, dedicated high quality camera paired with equilly capable audio. Suitable for large rooms (14 people standard, 20 people with expansion mics) 
  • Control and Schedule Tablet

    Utilise apple iPads for both one touch meeting control and scheduling display outside the room.

     

    Zoom Rooms in-meeting controls appear on your controller. They allow you to control various aspects of the meeting like adjusting the volume or managing participants.  

     

    In-Meeting Controls

     

    • Mute/Unmute Microphone: Mute or unmute the room's microphone.
    • Start/Stop Video: Start or stop the room's video camera.
    • Share Content or Camera: Display instructions to share content from your laptop or mobile device.
    • Change View: Change your video display layout to one of these options. 
      • Speaker: Display the video of the active speaker. 
      • Thumbnail: Display the video of the active speaker. All other attendees are displayed with thumbnails below the active speaker.
      • Gallery: Display all attendees in a grid layout.
    • Camera Control: Change PTZ camera settings, presets, or switch to a secondary camera.
    • Manage Participants / Participants: View the meeting participants. If you're the host, you will see controls to manage participants.
    • Invite: Invite by contact, email, phone, or room system.
    • Start Recording: Start recording to the cloud.
    • Settings: Access room settings (requires room passcode).
    • Volume slider: Adjust the volume of room's speaker.

     

    End scheduling headaches with a beautiful display that provides room availability information and capabilities to book a meeting for any available time of that day.

     

    The Zoom Rooms app can use a second tablet as a simple and convenient room management tool to view upcoming meetings and schedule new meetings.

     

    Unlimited scheduling display rooms are included in the purchase of one or more Zoom Rooms licenses. So you can also add booking to non conference rooms.

     

    Scheduling displays can utilize the same calendar integrations as regular Zoom Rooms: Google Calendar, Office 365, or Microsoft Exchange.
